Medrano had a strong game in net for Blue Mountain to help them earn a crucial three points in a 1-0 win over Walla Walla. After the Timberwolves went up 1-0 early in the first half, Walla Walla pushed for the game-tying goal. The sophomore made four saves and helped stave off other potential scoring chances to lead BMCC to the win.

"Miranda played incredibly well against #7 Walla Walla holding them scoreless for the shutout with a goal line save in the dying minutes of the game," said head coach Jordan Hillmick. "She has come so far this year and we are so proud of her."
