Jade Relkoff, Women's Soccer Defensive - Skagit Valley

Relkoff led Skagit Valley to a 1-1 draw against defending champions Peninsula who had lost or drawn a game since the 2023 season. Relkoff was outstanding in net as she made 10 saves, helping the Cardinals earn a point in the North standings. Her performance was even more impressive considering SVC was down a player in the final 20 minutes due to a red card.   

Jade was critical to recording a draw in our North Region opener on the road at Peninsula," said head coach Tony Savoy. "She played all 90 minutes plus several minutes of added time. Peninsula scored in the 14th minute and Jade was the anchor of our defense that all buckled down and played bend but don't break for the duration after conceding the 1st goal."
