Walker had a big week at the plate for Yakima Valley as they split a four-game series against Big Bend. Walker went 9-for-20 at the dish with a home run, eight runs batted in, four runs scored, four doubles and two stolen bases. He had a .450 batting average with a 1.276 OPS. He had a grand slam in the Yaks 23-7 win when he drove in five runs. He had two or more hits in all four games. He also pitched one inning on the mound.
